This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.

What you need

  • Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
  • Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
  • Databox connected to the Citizen Portal

How to do it

Log in to the Citizen Portal and search for "Application for a digital action certificate". A simple form will appear.

First, you select which person you are dealing with - i.e. whether you are a natural person, entrepreneur or a legal entity.

You then need to fill in the details of the request - the authority to whom you are addressing the request, the date you performed the act, the identifier - the address of the file or perhaps the reference number.

The last point is then 'Identification of the act to which the certificate relates'. This could be, for example, the Criminal Records Bureau. Then just click on "Send by data message". Application for a digital action certificate.png
