Is everything on the Citizen Portal completely free?

Services on the Citizen Portal are free, as is sending messages via databox to authorities or ministries. Services on portals to which the Citizen's Portal refers, e.g. regions, insurance companies, the Transport Portal, may be charged. In addition, sending data messages to individuals, legal entities or businesses can also be charged. The prices of these messages are based on the price list of data boxes, data messages are paid for by means of uploaded credit. Difference between the databox in the Citizen Portal and the databox in the mojedatovaschranka.cz portal?

The Citizen's Portal application offers users the possibility to add their created databoxes to use its basic services such as receiving, sending and archiving messages or processing electronic application forms in the Citizen's Portal. The same rules apply to the use of the databox in the Citizen Portal as in client account at mojedatovaschranka.cz.

Full user settings for the databox are currently still available in the portal at mojedatovaschranka.cz. For this reason, not all functionalities and settings for databoxes may be available in the Citizen Portal. We are continuously working on deeper integration of both systems.

Can I access the public administration portals from one place?

Yes, you can. After logging in to the Citizen Portal, you will see tiles on the homepage that you can use to easily log in to selected public administration portals. You can also add a folder for your municipality, your region or another authority to your favourites in your Citizen Portal profile.
