Is this service available in the app?
This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.
What you need
- Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
- Databox connected to the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Log in to the Citizen Portal, type "Certificate of Study" in the search box and click on it in the list below. You will see your details and below them, you will need to fill in the information about the school you are requesting a certificate of study from. Then just click on 'Send by data message'. If you don't have a databox, for example because of your age, you can download the application and have it stamped by the study department, then the application will become a full-fledged confirmation of studies.
In what format will I recieve the record
The school in question will send the required confirmation of your studies to your databox. This is usually in PDF format, or JPEG format if it is a scan of the document.
What are the benefits of this service?
You will receive a confirmation of study in your dat box if you are studying or graduating in a study/learning program/field of study or have completed your studies in a study/learning program/field of study.

You can always find more detailed information on the website of the school you are applying for.
Can I use this certificate anywhere?
This application is for the issue of a general certificate of studies. However, this certificate may not be recognised by all authorities. Examples include authorities such as the Czech Social Security Administration, the Labour Office, which require confirmation of studies through special forms.
