This service is not yet available on the mobile app. You can use it in the web version of the Citizen Portal.
What you need
- Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Use the search engine on the Citizen's Portal homepage to search for "Crime Report ".
You will immediately be presented with a form in which you describe the criminal complaint, specify the group against which the hate content is aimed, add the details of your complaint, including possible screenshots, and in the next step add information about the perpetrator, the victims and finally the reporting party.
The form is free to submit and will be processed immediately.
What to be aware of
The form is intended only for reporting hate content on the Internet pursuant to Section 59 of Act No. 141/1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure. It is not intended as a universal form for filing a criminal complaint. The procedure for filing a criminal complaint can be found on the website of the Police of the Czech Republic.

The aim of this form, and any subsequent action by law enforcement authorities, is to provide protection to certain groups of the population who may be more vulnerable or at risk for certain objective reasons. Context is always important in assessing hate motives. The increased amount of information provided (even optional information) is intended to make it easier for officers to assess.
