How do I get a record of my Driver Card?
A request for a complete record of the driver's registration card cannot currently be submitted using the form from the Citizen Portal. A natural person can submit an application for a record of the driver's registration card, as far as the data on him/her is concerned, to any municipal office of a municipality with extended competence (ORP) - there are 206 of them in the Czech Republic. Detailed information about this service and the possibilities of its processing can be found on the infoweb of the Ministry of Transport in the article Application for a record of driver’s registration card.
There is a discrepancy in the drivers register, who should I contact?
Please contact directly any drivers register under Local authority or contact Transport Portal Customer Service Centre (only in Czech). You can also check your details in the drivers register via Transport Portal (only in Czech). Once you have made a correction in the central drivers register, you will see the current change when you log in again.

An overview list can be found on the Public Administration Portal in the categories drivers or documents and authorisations and on the website of the Ministry of Transport.

For more information, see the Department for Transport and Public Administration Portal.
What is the difference between the Driver Register and the Vehicle Register?
