The Citizen's Portal gives you access to your driving licence data, and it can also keep track of its expiration date and let you know in time when to apply for a new licence - electronically in the Transport Portal or in person at the office. Just have notifications turned on in your settings.

Is this service available in the app?

This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.

You cannot apply for a new driving licence electronically in the Citizen Portal yet.

Will I be notified automatically when my licence expires?

No. To receive notifications, you need to set up automatic notifications to your phone number via SMS or to your email in the Settings in the Citizen Portal. You will also be notified when your document expires when you log in to the Citizen Portal.
