External certificates and consents

The Citizen's Portal also provides access to services that you can't get through the Citizen's Portal. Thanks to the Citizen Portal, you can access them easily. Some of these services - where the Citizen Portal redirects you to another portal - require you to log in again with your Citizen Identity. We recommend logging in with Citizen Identity, as some external portals do not allow you to log in with a databox.

How does it work in the app?

These services are only facilitated in the Citizen Portal mobile app. You will be redirected to the relevant web portal, which will require you to log in again.

PostSignum – Online Certificate

The Certificate Online service allows you to obtain a qualified certificate from the comfort of your home without having to visit a office. All you need is an eID with an activated chip and a reader. The service is intended for natural persons and entrepreneurs.

Citizen Identity Portal

In the Citizen Identity Portal, you will find a list of your connected identification devices, your activity history and the consents you have given for the disclosure of data. You can also set up and subsequently manage your eGovernment Mobile Key or NIA ID login.

Ombudsman Portal

Do you need help because you have a problem with an authority or government institution, feel discriminated against, have experienced mistreatment of a person with a liberty restriction (it happens directly to you or you want to bring it to our attention) or are you concerned about an issue related to the rights of people with disabilities? If so, you can make a complaint to the Ombudsman using this app.
