How does it work in the app?
These services are only facilitated in the Citizen Portal mobile app. You will be redirected to the relevant web portal, which will require you to log in again.
Electronic prescription (ePrescription)
The service is used to search for electronic prescriptions (ePrescriptions) that have been prescribed for a given patient. In the application, you can view the detail of the ePrescription, including the dispensing performed on the ePrescription. An important feature is to set up an account for the mobile app.

My VZP
The My VZP app allows you to control your health insurance and healthcare information. You can check at any time whether you have any overdue payments, browse your payer history or check the overview of your care and see what care and for what amount your doctor has billed us. We are continually expanding our services, so you can now, for example, submit your self-employed tax return online and in minutes.

Electronical Desk of the Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company
It is used for online communication with the Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company. It contains functions for the insurers, such as personal account of the insurer, application for an insurance card, access to the Bonus Plus program, functions for payers, such as employer's mass notification, overview of insurance payment. For health care providers, we offer a suite of tools such as sending bills, viewing payments and many more.

VITAKARTA (OZP)
The VITAKARTA App portal allows you to safely use most of the services offered by the OZP without having to visit a office in person. In the app are stored: payments, insurance card, health care record, safe combinations of medicines, health assistance service, benefits offer. The app allows you to save documents, record events on your calendar and can remind you when it's time to take your medication.

Patient Portal of the Moravian-Silesian Region
It provides a set of e-health services in collaboration with healthcare providers connected to the portal. A unique feature of the portal is the remote access of citizens to their own health records. Health records remain stored only with the healthcare providers and are not stored centrally anywhere. Only registered and verified patients have access to their medical records.
The Portal also allows you to book health services (appointment booking) in health care facilities, even without the need for prior registration. Registered users can also order transport to a medical facility paid for by the insurance company or the client.
At the same time, the portal contains information for healthcare providers on how to participate in the Healthcare Network Information Exchange, Transfer and Sharing System.
