External services for self-employed persons and entrepreneurs

The Citizen Portal also provides easy access to online services for self-employed persons and entrepreneurs available on other portals. We recommend logging in via Citizen Identity, as some external portals do not allow logging in with a databox.

How does it work in the app?

These services are only facilitated in the Citizen Portal mobile app. You will be redirected to the relevant web portal, which will require you to log in again.

Licensed Trades Portal

The service allows you to create an electronic submission to the Licensed Trades Portal in the format of the Unified Registration Form ( JRF). The JRF can also be used to make submissions to the income tax or road tax administrator, the social security administration, the Labour Office of the Czech Republic and the health insurance company. In the Trade Business Portal application, it is also possible to use the online service of electronic identification of the user using the Citizen Identity. In the case of a registered user, data about his/her person can be obtained from the basic registers and used to fill in the JRF form. Before using the JRF application for the first time, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of operation of the JRF application and other information in the JRF application manual, which is available for download at www.rzp.cz in the Electronic Filing section.

Setting up an Ltd. online

It is possible to set up a limited liability company (s.r.o. in Czech) online without having to physically meet with a lawyer.

All the familiar steps and best practices are here in electronic form and can therefore be carried out, for example, from the comfort of your home. The place of meeting with the lawyer will not be his office, but a virtual videoconference and the traditional signature will be replaced by an electronic signature.

In case you do not have your qualified certificate, which is necessary for electronic signing of the notarial record, the lawyer will help you to create it online. This service is provided on a pilot basis and is currently only offered by selected lawyers.
