External transport services

The Citizen's Portal will also give you access to services that are not directly available on it. However, you can easily access them through the Citizen Portal. Just beware that some of these facilitated services - where you are redirected from the Citizen Portal to another portal - require you to log in again with your Citizen Identity. We recommend logging in with Citizen Identity, as some external portals do not allow you to log in with a databox.

How does it work in the app?

These services are only facilitated in the Citizen Portal mobile app. You will be redirected to the relevant web portal, which will require you to log in again.

Transport portal

Digital services of the Ministry of Transport in one place. In the Transport Portal you can, among other things:

Apply for a new driving license electronically
Set up a notification of a change in points
Buy a vignette
Request compensation for flight delays, cancellations or denied boarding
View your flight record
Register as an operator and pilot of unmanned systems
Apply for a test or apply for a small craft and leisure craft pilot licence

The portal is used to register pilots and operators of unmanned aerial vehicles ("drones") in accordance with European legislation in force from 31 December 2020.
