Consent management contains a record of your consent to provide reference data from the Civil register to another natural or legal person. Through the Citizen's Portal, you can submit a request for the provision of data within the specified scope or withdraw a previously granted consent.

Is this service available in the app?

This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.

What you need

  • Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
  • Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal

How to do it

Use the search engine on the Citizen Portal homepage to search for "Consent Management".

You will immediately see a list of all the consents you have ever given. If you have never given consent, the page will be blank with information indicating that no record is kept on you. Manage consents.png
