This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.
What you need
- Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
- Databox connected to the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Log in to the Citizen Portal and search for "Public Record of the Register of Persons". You will see a simple form where you just fill in the company name or ID number so that we can identify it. Then just click on "Send by data message".

What is the register of persons?
The register of persons (ROS) contains basic identification data of legal persons and organizational units of legal persons, self- employed persons, foreign self- employed persons and organizational units of foreign persons, organizations with an international element, organizational units of the state and public authorities.
What is the purpose of the record?
From the record, you can verify the validity of all the reference data currently entered in the register of persons for your personal identification number (IČ number). You can use the record to prove you are self-employed with an IČ number.

I found a discrepancy in the record I received. How should I proceed?
"In the case of discrepancies, you can complain about incorrect data in the register of persons for a given IČ number of self-employed persons and ask for their correction. The complaint can be made in person at the Czech POINT contact point, where you can prove your identity and fill in the form Complaint of reference data in the register of persons (ROS). The data can complain electronically here in the Citizen's Portal in the section ""Data from the register of persons"" - ""Complain about reference data"". Please send inquiries about the possibility of making changes to this register to the administrator of this register by email to ros@czso.cz.
