Record from the list of qualified vendors
- Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
- Databox connected to the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Log into the Citizen Portal and search for "Record from the list of qualified vendors". You will see two options - select the type of entity you are requesting. Then just enter the name or company ID number to identify the company and click "Send Data Message".

What is the list of qualified vendors?
The list of qualified vendors is managed by the Ministry for Regional Development as part of the Public Procurement Information System. The Ministry of Regional Development records in the list vendors who have fulfilled the qualification pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, have proved the fulfilment of the qualification to the Ministry with relevant documents and have paid the administrative fee.
What is the listing for?
This service is primarily aimed at companies and vendors interested in bidding for public contracts. By means of a record from the list of qualified vendors, you as a vendor can replace documents proving compliance with the basic and professional qualification criteria in the tender procedure. The contracting authority is obliged to accept the record from the list if it is not more than 3 months old.
