What you need
- Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
- Databox connected to the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Log in to the Citizen Portal and search for "Record of the use of Civil Register data". You will see two fields in which to enter the start and end of the period to which the record relates. Then just click on "Send data message".

The administrator of the Citizen's Portal cannot influence the content of the individual items contained in the record.
