This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.
What you need
- Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
- Databox connected to the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Log in to the Citizen Portal and search for "Record of the use of Civil Register data". You will see two fields in which to enter the start and end of the period to which the record relates. Then just click on "Send data message".

What are the benefits of this service?
You will get an overview of who has used your data in the Civil Register and for what purpose. The record also includes information on who you have provided data from the register (logging in to online services, electronic transactions, etc.).

Data from the Civil Register can only be used by public authorities (OVM), such as central administrative authorities, territorial self-government authorities, etc., and private users (SPUU), which include, for example, insurance companies or some banks.

If you have doubts or uncertainties about access to your subject's data in the Civil Register and want to know the reason, please contact the specific public authority listed in the record directly to request additional information. The administrator of the Citizen's Portal cannot influence the content of the individual items contained in the record.
