This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.
What you need
- You must have a driving licence
- Be a citizen of the Czech Republic or a foreigner residing in the Czech Republic
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
- Databox connected to the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Log in to the Citizen Portal to see your driver's points. You can have your record sent to you via a data message that will arrive in your databox. There you will also see your entire points history.
In what format will I recieve the record
You can see your points status directly in the Citizen Portal, or have it sent to your databox in PDF format.
What to be aware of
The points record is only for your information, it is not to be mistaken for the drivers' card record, which is sometimes required by the authorities. You will not yet find a driver's card record in the Citizen Portal, but you can request one in the Transport Portal.
What is the benefit of the service?
As a driver of a motor vehicle, you get a comprehensive record of your penalty points balance. In addition, you can use it for your employer if he or she requests it.

How do I obtain a driver's card record?
The application for a full record of the driver's registration card cannot be requested via the form from the Citizen Portal. A natural person may submit an application for a record from the driver's card, as far as the data on him/her is concerned, to any municipal office of a municipality with extended competence (ORP) - there are 206 of them in the Czech Republic. What type of mailbox can I use to request a record?
A request for a Driver's Score Record can only be requested by a databox of the type of natural person (FO), to which the citizen is entitled to request his/her data from the Drivers' Register on the basis of the legislation. The application cannot be requested via a databox of the type of self-employed person (PFO) or a legal entity (PO). In addition, a driver's score record can also now be downloaded from the Transport Portal, which can be logged in via Citizen Identity.
