What you need
- Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
- Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal
- Databox connected to the Citizen Portal
How to do it
Log in to the Citizen Portal and search for "Record of the use of data from the register of persons". You will see a simple form where you indicate the beginning and end of the period for which you want the record. However, it must not be older than 12 months. Then just click on 'Send by data message'.

If you have any doubts or uncertainties about the lustration of your person in the Civil Registry and you want to know the reason, please contact directly the specific public authority that performed the lustration of your person and which is indicated in the record. The administrator of the Citizen Portal cannot influence the content of individual items contained in the record.
