How does it work in the app?
These services are only facilitated in the Citizen Portal mobile app. You will be redirected to the relevant web portal, which will require you to log in again.
List of regional portals
The Citizen Portal provides access to regional portals. Just type the name of the region into the search engine and click on it. You will then see a window where you click "Go to the region portal" in the bottom left corner. The Citizen Portal will then redirect you to the desired portal.
List of city portals
The citizen portal also provides access to the city portals. Just type the desired city into the search engine and click on it. You will then see a window where you click "Go to the city portal" in the bottom left corner. The Citizen Portal will then redirect you to the portal of the desired city.
What to be aware of
To log in to the portals, you need to have a Citizen Identity, you cannot log in via a databox. If you are dealing with an issue with your city, you must contact the portal of the city in question.
