Is this service available in the app?
This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.
Please pay close attention to the following rules
- Never share sensitive information about yourself (home address, phone number, credit card number, email address, email password, etc.) in online communications without good reason
- Never open files attached to electronic messages (emails) from unknown persons
- Do not allow people to access your computer who are not willing to follow security rules
- Protect your computer with sufficiently complex and frequently changed passwords.
- Make sure that you also physically protect your computer and data
Beware of scam e-mails
Beware of e-mails that may appear to have been sent by the Citizen Portal.
The only official email address that the Citizen Portal uses for communication is portalobcana@notifikace.gov.cz.
The only official Citizen Portal website from which you can log in is obcan.portal.gov.cz.
