The Civil Register is one of the four core registers of the Czech Republic, which is used to share data in public administration. It contains data on citizens and foreigners with long-term residence permits in the Czech Republic.

Is this service available in the app?

This service is available on the Citizen's Portal mobile app, so you can use it directly.

What you need

Being a natural person, not a legal entity (corporation, foundation, etc.)
Citizen identity for logging into the Citizen Portal

How to do it

Log in to the Citizen Portal. Click on "More" in the top right corner and select "Profile" from the drop-down menu. You will see a record from the Civil Register containing all your details.

Underneath you will find a button "Suggestion for data correction". This will open a form where you can correct some of the data. You must justify your correction in the description of the complaint. You can then submit it.
